While we were down in Biloxi for CPR Fest 22, we ended up stumbling across this little ice cream shop completely by accident, literally 30 minutes before they closed… and y’all, it turned into one of our favorite stops of the whole trip.
The second we walked into The Scoop Biloxi, we loved the vibe. The decor was colorful, fun, and honestly just really freaking cute. It had that perfect little downtown dessert shop feel, cozy, welcoming, and the kind of place that instantly puts you in a good mood.
Now let’s talk about the important part… the ice cream.
Absolutely sinful.
Like painfully delicious, why is this so good, immediately planning a second trip kind of delicious. They had a ton of flavors to choose from, which made deciding almost impossible, but somehow everything we picked ended up being amazing. The portions were generous too, and definitely worth the price.
But what really made this place stand out for us was the staff.
Every single person there was incredibly nice and friendly. We ended up chatting with them for a while about music and random life stuff, and it never felt forced or fake. You could tell they genuinely enjoyed interacting with people, which honestly makes such a huge difference these days. Good customer service feels weirdly rare now, and this place absolutely nailed it.
And yes… it was so good we literally went back again the next day. No shame.
If you’re heading to Biloxi and want a fun dessert stop after the beach, casinos, shopping, or a festival weekend, definitely put this place on your list.

Sometimes the best places on a trip are the ones you never planned for, and this was 100% one of those spots for us. Between the amazing ice cream, adorable atmosphere, and genuinely awesome staff, The Scoop Biloxi ended up being one of our favorite little finds in downtown Biloxi. 🍦💜
